ive just bought 2 10" subs and i wanna start building the box. in the book thing they came with it says that the mdf shud be 19mm thick is that right? it also says about sum foam stuff what ur meant to put in the box, what is it? and does ne1 know what the volume shud be for each sub box?

volume wise it should state what cubic size box you need.
if it doesn't contact the help email line provided that suplies the subs. they will tell you straight.

go for a 18 mm 3/4" mdf, once you build the box, go around the edges with silocon sealent. this seals the box proper tight (no air loss etc)

You dont need to put foam in the enclosure, all this does is create the effect of a larger volume, so handy if your box is too small, otherwise there aint much point.

Dont forget when designing the enclosure that the subs will have a displacement themselves when bolted in so the box needs to be this much bigger
