Ones I've seen have 106 subframes...would they fit my Nova? How hard/expensive would suitable subframes be to fit?

The 106 frames wont fit, u could easily sell them on to a sum1 who owns a 106 i think they'll fit a saxo aswell.

U can get subframes from halfords for about ?100.

i regret fitting cobra tilt slide frames to my car - i wish i had fitted the buckets to a pair of nova frames.

little bit of work involved but worth it - you sit lower down.

my advice would be not to bother with cobra frames or what have you and use nova ones.

id go back if i hadnt drilled a hole in me floor........

i've binned my floor fixings.. will weld in some rally style rails
