A leaking nova foot well

right o mateys!
when ever its wet or i wash the car i get water in the passeger side foot well now no silly answers the windows are up and theres glass in the windows! i think it may be a small hole but my car is rust free! not sure wheater its i hole for a cable or what any one else had this same prob?

may be a hidden rust hole. Could be a grommet has come out. Could be window rubber is not properly sealed.

Check that the cover is on the heater fan, as water goes straight in without it.
Then the large 2inch grommet in the the R back sode fo the bay, check it in correctly and not split, these are the only places where water can get in if the shell has no rust, otherwise might be time to take the carpet otu and have a dig round.

could be in the battery tray but other side.

When I got my car it was left on the drive for a few weeks. After a week of heavy rain got in and the drivers foot well was full.

it was due to a rather large hole under the battery. A previous owner had done a right bodge job trying to hide it.

had to get it all welded up properly
