Does anyone know if you have the wrong offset wheel for the car, would this cause vibration and shaking. My friend has a Nova with 15" alloys with a 35mm offset - we know this is the wrong offset for a Nova, but we were just wondering if this would cause the aforementioned judderiong. Any replies would be much appreciated

Wrong offset could cause tramlining, making the car follow the road, but shouldn't cause it to judder... when does it do it? At high speed? Under heavy braking? Have you checked other things like brakes, condition of shocks, wheel bearings... as you say the wheels are et35, its quite possible the wheel bearings have gone, as wheels on the wrong offset tend to eat bearings
