can you fit Harnesses to standard seats and do they look any good if you do. :? :?:
also can you fit harnesses to bucket seats and keep the rear seats? :? :?:

you can fit harnesses to standard seats but you would have to make a centre fixing point for them on the transmition tunnel!! dont know if they would look any good depends 1.2 seats i would say no, but GTE seats maybe :? :?

as for the harnesses but with back seats i would say not really that much point but you could get 3 point harnesess!!

id say they look out of place, u can keep the seats but itd mean ur rear passengers having to climb under the harnesses

Don't do it. I had bucket seats in my car, but sold them as I was getting some new ones. For a short time I ran standard 1.2 seats with harnesses, it didn't work very well and wasn't very safe.

Also, don't put harnesses in your car if your keeping your back seats...Harnesess are really for if you have bucket seats. It can be done though, and has been done, but you're only going to obstruct any rear passengers, and chances are you won't be taking any rear passengers, so why bother having the rearn bench?

P.S. Taking the rear bench and anything else from the back saves weight, which makes your car quicker.

i ran 3 point harness on my standard seats 4 a while till i got me buckets and they were fine just bolted them to the lap belt seat belt fixin points and the origional front seat belt points

the back seats i also kept as i have 2 kids but i was a ball ache gettin them in and out so ditched the back seat in favour of makin a mdf pannel with 2 sub boxes mounted to em

i have a family car 4 the kids and r lass now

i've had harnessess with back seat for age's until i got fed up of people moaning about struggling to get in the back. so i took the rear seats out

thanx evry one, im not sure what to do, most of the time ive only got 2 people in the car, but as my mother cant drive and ive got 2 sisters, i have to give them a lift home sometimes. but thanx anyway
