C20XE Rocker Cover Gasket, Fitting??

I am going to replace the rocker cover gasket on my c20xe engine, can anyone give me a rough guide on doing this, e.g. what sort of surface finish the faces should be, how tight to do the bolts, what order to tighten the bolts etc.. cheers
