standard cam, t40 dell'orto's, sri head matched to a 1300 manifold, 4-1 and full system.

i need to learn to drive it better though, i was racing a fiesta zetec s tonight and i couldn't catch him on acceleration because mine is dead below 2500/3000rpm, and i was being caught in the wrong gear. i eventually passed him in traffic and then he was trying to catch me but couldn't get near.

i spoke to him later and he was surprised when i told him it was a 1400.

i tell you benji dude, you stick a kent ast2 camshaft in there and that will see you well over 100bhp. perhaps 105bhp with all the other mods complementing it.

?250-270 is well worth it for the whole kit.

?170 for the cam

i have been thinking about my plans since getting the car back on the road. i have always wanted a 2.0 16v. but it is looking like my nova will be a track car along the line's of cp's (not as mad) so that is out of the question. i can either tune the 1400 or get a 1600 16v, the 1600 16v is looking good but ?1500+ for throttlebodies is putting me off.

?170 seems reasonable.

will that kent ast2 fit a 1300 head?

talk about a bit of racing...i beat a clio yesterday...how f ucking happy was i, lol

picture it now...bloke in the clio with his mrs in the passenger seat and he was driving like a c*nt on purpose (i was behind him). There he is in his clio, all light blue with 17s and a cliosort.net sticker in his rear window. Pr*ck tries to pull one nailing off the lights...but I was stuck to his back bumper all the way up to 70mph easy...then I overtook then to turn right at some lights. He couldnt even look across at me when I went passed...
