Computer Virus... Please Read

Guys i have tried to download a file off of the internet and it now says that i have downloaded a f*cking 'Trojan Virus'! :|

Could anyone recommend me any programs/links or offer any help at all?

Get your Anti-virus software fully updated and then search through the whole system.
Is your computer still functional???????

AVG from Grysoft, adawre and spybot may be helpful.

Recommend u install zone alarm as well at some point.
