do all mk2 doorcards have the same handle/pocket set-up or is it just the sr and gsi that look like this:

my sr didnt have the pockets joined to the handles

afaik all mk2s should have had the same all in one handle/pocket thing, i've never seen one different... the mk1s varied tho
