Roadtested a Yam R6 today, hit 100mph in 2nd gear at 15500rpm! (its got 6 gears!). Just makes you think if your car could rev that high:-/

lol hahahaha i wish my GTE could hit that!!! but.....i can hit 60 easy! without screamin it only 40mph out from the r6!!!! d'oh!

I didn`t redline it in 3rd, maybe next time. Probably 135`ish!, then there`s 4th 5th and 6th. Wierd thing was that the bloke complained of a tacho fault just before the limiter in EVERY gear, must be fookin crazy as you`ll probably see 180 out of one! Replaced the clox under warranty, guess how much? 500 quid for the insides excluding covers! Thats only a 600cc so the R1 (1000) would kick it`s arse and then some (200mph+!)
