cam belt on TD

how can i tell when its tight enough, all the tensioners are back in original places, all lines up properly and when i push and pull on the cam belt between cam pully and fuel pump pully i get about 15mm of travel
is this ok?

if its same as a petrol one....

you should be able to twist the cam belt through 90 degrees JUST between the thumb and first finger without excessive force......
