Just a few pics of my mates car now he has it back from the bodyshop,he has had the badboy bonnet done,a strange boot,as he dont like smoothed ones,but look close and you may see whats been done..oh had both bumpers fitted better,the new skirts from a mr2 veilside kit smoothed on
i think look really good with the bumpers,and all been resprayed in silkviolet,with added metalic and more violet mica.. his next plans are to slap on some carbs..

That badboy bonnet looks really good. Has he had an extra piece welded onto the bonnet?

Unfortunatley I'm not keen on the sideskirts or rear bumper, but fair play to him.

Rear bumper is one of the few thing's i might change if i had done it.

well the bumpers wer on it any way so he didnt want to change much,just make the skirts mach up with them.
Jim yeah its a pice of steal thats been welded onto the edge of the bonnet,the guy has done a really good job,he also done all work to my car.
And i want to add the extra mica to mine on next spray job.

Well the bonnet is smart,one off the best ive seen,you wouldnt think the guy who done it hadent ever tryed one before,but then he is spot on :D
he normaly only dose damage repairs,till me and my mate asked him to try doing some mods to are cars.

All this cars mods have slowly been done over 9months.

he needs to put a csrew though it like epo has on his..so have you noticed what has been done to the boot?
Mike has this thing about smoothed boots and mesh grills,he hates both :lol:

well there is more metallic put into the mix off the paint,and some more mica(the purple in the paint) so it looks more purple and glittery and shines more.

Well thanks scott for posting it up mate,im glad there is ppl who like it and ppl that dont,this is good as i didnt want every one to like it mainly me :D
But i had to think long and hard on what to do to it,as there is so many over the top done up novas that lose the nova look,as scott said i dont like the smoothed boot thing nore mesh in grils(think scott's looks sh1t :lol: )
and as there are loads done with the same wheels and bumpers all the time,i looked els where for my skirts,and i think they look the best ones to mach to the bumpers,how many othere novas have you all seen with them??
i have seen none yet.
Well i will be at some shows this year so if you see my car feel free to look round it.
