Will a Kent ast2 fit in a 1.6 GSi/GTE?

i know that if u buy them specifically for a 1.6 they are called Nvo62 or something.

i got one in my 1300 and was curious if it would fit a 1600 8v?

Would the lobe that drives the mechanical fuel pump be a problem?

I know a GSi has an electronic fuel pump.

the problem u get is the cam overlap causes havoc with the injection system's map sensor or airflow metering system

injection cams tend to have less overlap to attempt to even out this issue
