Would be great to get it in the 10's at PV. Are you guys running at PV?
Jim
Yep definately going to PV day, it may need more than a 50 shot to get into the 10's

Are the new much quicker times due to the fact that you know your swapping to a 16v soon so pushing the 8v to destruction?
No, the engine is still the same, we haven't touched it.
The only changes have been within the ecu and some other bits on the car
Excellent, seem to making realy good progress so will be good to see the car @ PV.
the heat a pv wont help times much tho if its as hot as last year! :x

Hmm, not so sure Dan. Been chatting to a few lads about this. It's swings and roundabouts regarding track temperature v's air temperature. General feeling is that you'll get a better time in hot weather as the track will give more traction, rather than going when theres cooler air and less traction.

Wow!!!! 11.3! Thats amazing! Isn't the current record 12.4 or something by Andy Nicholls MG Miastro (can't spell)....... for a front wheel drive car
You going to take it to the redline TOTBIII??????? Its Sooooo got to be done!
hmm maybe still would have thought with the ambient temp as it was last year a fair bit of bhp is going down the pan

Simple solution...... Water Injection  It droped my Intake Temp from 52 degrees to 33 degrees on the rolling road.
