Ascona 1.3L 4-speed ratios

Does anyone have the GEAR RATIOS for the ASCONA 1.3L 4-speed manual? it is a very old car and got it for free, i think this car also came with a 5 speed gearbox (late model)

ascona is on epc but doesnt list ratios just no. of teeth etc,
did u know they has a 3 speed auto box aswell...lol

All i know is that a CORSA GTE fitted with a C20XE and the ASCONA
4-speed gearbox is one hell of a street-drag racer,that is why i need the gear ratios

well ideally ude want the 5 speed box, lookin at the spec on epc its a wide ratio box, are u from this country, coz ur saying a corsa gte whic there arnt any unless u mean a corsa (a) gte as in the rest of europe i.e spain frence etc

Yes i mean corsa A. We installed a c20xe in it using the gearbox of the stock GTE engine. Though it is very short it is difficult during street racing as gear changes are done very quickly.By adding the Ascona 4-spped gearbox,it is much easier because of the long ratios. But we have to know the ratios in order to make any further mods on the gearbox or use it as is.

what are u using f16 or f20, f16 is good for acceleration and f20 is good 4 top end with slower acceleration...

Isnt the f13wr any good? isnt it strong enough? theyre reasonably cheap too... sorry dont know the ratios
