right i went to halfords a while back to order some blue plug leads

ordered em np when they arrived they were red no fuc.king good to me so they sent em back

rung me a few days later and said they dont make blue in ur size u need 7mm they only do 8mm in blue and 7mm in red
so got me ??? back
r they talkin bollox by sayin 8mm wont fit my car as ive seen this

I was looking at buying some 10mm leads for my GSi (?94)
surely SRi will be similar.

Obviously the thicker the core inside, the better.

they will all fit and are all interchangable... like he said the thicker the less resistance u get...

i have said in a previous post but you might not have seen, i ran 8mm silicone leads and super four plugs in the past, on the last rolling road i just ran normal plugs and standard poo poo leads. There was absolutley no gain in having the expensive stuff on my engine. If its for show then yeh the coloured items do help finish off a bay, but in my experience of late the cheap jobbies are more than upto the job and a hell of alot cheaper

aye yeah ive seen ur other posts am not gettin em 4 power gain its purely for stylin thats why i didnt want red it wud have looked silly

considering they dont do much, 60 quid is a bit nuch for blue leads, bet they make a packet... like samcos...
