HELP..Stuck On A car Park

just pulled up turned off th egine 1.4sri went to start the engine my alarm goes off (only had the car 3 days) its an vauxhall alarm with imob (i think) coz the car wudnt start. had to towed home ANY ONE HELP ME?

Is the battery ok?? I had a car once where the battery flattened so quickly that the immobiliser and alarm would not disengage. Charged the battery and ok for a while

thats happened to me once. Came back to car and all electrics were dead, didn't even have enough power to de-activate the immobiliser (so i couldn't even bump start it). Disabled the alarm (took a fuse out lol) and the car started first time, all electrics ran fine, and its been ok ever since.

i assume the ignition comes on but the starter is totally dead? if so its probably the earth strap on the gearbox although it could be a flat battery

if nothing turns on its either a duff battery or duff alternator or the battery/chassis earth strap
