I think supernovas (www.corsacentre.com) and colin smith (www.novarally.co.uk) do them..... alternatively if you're a bit handy with the old bodywork, try chopping on some 3dr Frontera arches...

as i keep telling people if you have the time go back through this forum and you will find everything you need to know about wide arches and wide track suspension as i have gone through pretty much every angle.

do i have to change my suspension if i get the wide arch kit then

You don't have to, but it'd look a little silly if you had huge arches and wheels lost within somewhere... either buy spacers (goodbye wheel bearings lol) or wide track kit (expensive, but good)

as brian said, take a look back over a few older posts, there was something in technical a while back about wide track kits i think
