Oil and water mixed!

Ive recently changed my rocker gasket, but after leaving the car for a few days and then firing her up ive found water inside the rocker chamber which is making the car sound like a tank! what should i do to get rid of any water thats left? would leaving the car to tick over get rid of it or just make it worse? cheers guys

do a full oil flush and change but how has the water got there in the first place???? when u start it up it there mist coming out of the exhaust??? if so then you have probably fuked u headgasket.
