any one know where to buy cheap but good quility body panels i.e front panel,rear panel,wings,rear arch repair sections,bonnet,sills...... em well a shell lol cheers

although quality seems to vary. If you want best quality parts you'll have to go to your local vaux dealer but be prepared to pay. Wings and doors seem to be popping up on ebay a lot recently, so it might be worth having a look on there.
