Tunning a RedTop turbs engine(LET)?

Anyone know of any reliable company's that re-con and tune LET engines? Any company's I should avoid???

wallace performance do some nice wp max bottom ends etc which you can add oil spray bars to etc

my friend is selling a recon wp max bottom end atm! it includes

new bearing shells, re ground crank
steel con rods
oil spray bars
87mm low comp pistons with re bore to suit
new gm oil pump etc etc

think he wants around ?2000ono?
