Outlook Express Problem

For some reasson whenever i receive a new email about anything it is blank.

Novaload topic notifications are blank, people contacting me about parts for sale etc are blank, absolutely every email i have in my inbox is now blank.

Anyone no what the problem might be>?

Ive ran my pest patrol and anti virus software and nothing has been found.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

try doing a repair install on Internet explorer. goto add/remove programs in the control panel, click on internet explorer(I presume you have version 6???) select repair install.

If you aren't using IE6, download that. It could be that your install has just become corrupt over time. I've never had the problem you are mentioning, but a repair install generally fixes most stuff.

can you access your email on the web? if so, try that aswell.

Once im in the control panel i select the internet explorer icon and it only comes up with 'change/remove' i cant find no repair install.

i was using microsoft outlook express but now ive set my email account up with microsoft outlook and transferred all my emails over and that works fine so im gonna carry on using that.

God knows whats happend to outlook express. Strange. :?

sorry, I meant to say click the change/remove button, then click the repair install option.

oh well, at least you got it working now.
