depending on the output of that thing u probably find it would make some kinda difference low down and probably increase the throttle response a bit

an 8krpm blower will produce a decent amount of air pressure and its gonna be a pretty powerful fan motor since its pulling 2.5amps

at high rpms it will probably become restrictive but i'd bet u'd see some kinda increase in power low down, ie any time your engines pulling in less than 200CFM of air - probably not be much but i'd bet its measurable

however worth ?100 - no!
