Why not use standard (Or clear) lenses and modify them so that LED's are used instead od bulbs?

Just an idea, but the mock up you've posted doesn't look a good idea imo.

Went well cheers - didn't have time on the day to worry about anything as you're to busy doing stuff - the only time I had time to think was after the event and by then I was already married!!
