for the sub get a 500w mono block amp and a 200w 2channel amp for the 6x9's

a 4 channel amp is your best option, that way you can bridge twov of the channels down to one to power the sub and use the other two channels on your 6x9's

me personally id run the 6x9s off the H.U and get a 2 channel amp and bridge it into one channel for the sub

its what i done and sounds very nice

Personally i would bin the 6x9s and forget about them. Then get a nice 4-channel amp, run 2channels bridged on the sub and the other two for your front speakers (which you upgraded with the money wasted on the 6x9s)
