Right then, I've got a Microscan alarm with remote central locking features on it and I can't figure out how to wire the bastard up :x

In the alarm manual (well three sheets of paper...) it says:

Blue wire: 12v negative on arm, connect to lock circuit.
Green wire: 12v negative on disarm, connect to unlock circuit.

Anyone want to give me a clue? Pretty Please?

Standard Nova central locking. Guessing I need another actuator or solenoid thingy for the drivers side and then wire it to that?

I dunno, electrics confuse me :|

yes mate, replace the drivers one with a solenoid and wire to the c-locking box (passenger side).
