what kind of bhp can be got from these engines?

if you have an unlimited buget then the sky is the limit beacuse you could have a turbo made for you do run mental boost, the engine will not last very long though and you will have to have abosuly everything uprated which would go into the 20ks ie titamium, stainless steel cranks and H section con rods. The nova in the link uses an america turbo i believe like the hks and that alone costs over 3k.

One has been tuned in germany to 612bhp (you would not be able to use this sort of power in the fwd it would spin in 6th at 160mph)

a serious amount of money has been invested though, the stroke that his conrods supply changes the displacement of the engine so it isnt really a 2l prob 2.2-2.4 those conrods cost 1000 then the steel crank is anotha grand and i wouldnt like to thing how much the turbo unit cost!!!!

there are only a few rolling roads in the uk who go to 4-500bhp for fwd or rwd cars. Ive spent supid money on my nova over 25-30k over the past 3yrs thats been on coutless labout and 3 engines. 1.4sr, 2lt 16v , and now the turbo. Read my spec
