Modem driver probs. Help please

Hi,

Somebody who lives in my street has deleted the drivers off his machine for his modem and I have tried finding somewhere to download a new one, but I kept getting lost in the site I went to. Could anyone tell me a good site to go to or someone might even have the driver i'm after. It is a:-

I used to use (still go it) a USB Sound Blaster modem which used the Conexant chipsets.

I thought it was proper shit and the chipset caused problems with XP! There's even a Microsoft KB about Conexant chipsets and Windows XP lol
