would a 16v head fit onto an 8v engine? Its the 1.4 lump, and also for a 1.6 lump?

seen this come before on migweb, i think it came down to that it would fit no problem but the amount of effort in trying to make other ancillary components fit to make it all work is simply not cost effective, might aswell just get hold of a16V bottom end with everything you need
