Arch Rolling

I'm going putting a set of 16"s on my car and I know its not gauranteed that my wheels will rub but now that I have a chance to roll the arches I'll do it now because I might go 17" when I get a better engine. BUT what do I do to roll them? How do you roll? Or would I be better off to grind away at the lip?

easier to grind lip up to the spot welds, make sure undersealed very well!

you need a dolly and beating hammer to flaten the lips down, much better than grinding

can just bend back carefully with a bit of wood and a hammer, although paint may crack?
