wiring a 2.0 8v loom into a TD???pleaze help

does anyone know what all is involved here? have got the engine in but do not know how to wire up the loom and ecu, have all parts from the cav. how much would i expect to pay a garage to wire this all up and wire up fuel pump??

toooo much! As the injection loom is seperate you need to either run new wires or just sit at the kitchen table with both Haynes manuals.......

just run the wires new. well easy anyway.

its only really a perminant live and an ignition live to the loom anyway.

the rest such as the temp sensor rev counter starter motor cables and alternator cables are the same as your old engine so will just need connecting right to the new engine.

no it's not.... the td engine bay wires are totaly different
