cheers! so just heat up the glue shite with the hair dryer and rub it off with a cloth/sponge and warm water? wots the best process?
Don't use thinners. Get some Autoglym tar remover to get rid of any little bits left on.
Heating it up first will help. May take a while with a hairdryer though.
Best bet is to take your time and do a bit at a time.

The tar remover is good stuff. you'll need to wipe the area with a cloth and then give it a polish to make sure it doesn't mark the paintwork (it shouldn't do, but better to be safe than sorry).
I was lucky that it was a boiling hot day when I removed bits of mine, it came of fairly easily.

just use a heat sorce of some type and heat it and pull off
then use white spirit to get the glue off
do not use tissue with the white spirit
as this while put small scratches in the car
use something made from cotton
