destroyed the cylinder head earlier in the week, took the head off and could see a few minor cracks but nothing too serious and gave it to yate's in stoke to pressure test it and when they took the glow plug insert out they found a crack going the full depth of the head and half the length

so its shagged

whilst the head is off my dad (who used to prepare and tune race engine and race bikes) is going to port and polish it for me, what sort of gains will i be looking at??

get it skimmed and get a adjustable boost valve..
