ive got 195/50/15s and an lower my mk2 nova -60mm all round
im angle grinding back the rear arch lip (slightly) as it scraps every now and then (with 2+ poepl in the back)
will i need to get them rolled tho???

do either one or the other
rolling them would be better than griding them
Arch rolling is roughly about ?25-?30 per arch
With the right offset, you can have upto 17's with rolled arches (think future plans?)
But don't flare them.

is it really that much????? :o
When done properly, yes. There's no paint damage or panel distortion.
I've seen cowboys (yeehaa) roll arches with a panel beaters hammer & flare the arches with a jack :o , but then there is the cost to re-skim the quarters.
Get it rolled, I have & it's very neat.
Grinding the lip is ok, but make sure not to go to the spot welds as the panel will split.

my rear arches were grinded by the previous owner and he's done a top job
