inlet manifolds

i know this is most probably gonna be a no, but i have a 1.6 cav engine and also a 2ltr 8valve. I was wondering if it would be possible to fit the inlet manifold from the 2ltr to the 1.6 engine as i would not be able to insure the 2ltr.

your right mate you cant, fit a E16SE or 16XE engine instead

i very much doubt a 16valve manifold will fit an 8valve head and vice versa.
