mk2 dash

Can any one help me on fitting a mk2 dashboard in my mk1 because ive just been told that its the worst thing to do, is there any thing i need apart from heater vents and is it a big job?

wil fit ok as it has bin done before with minamul effort and i think it is a big job (depends what a big job is)(a day or 2)
but will look better in my eyes

leave half a day to do. soldering the wires together takes up the majority of time i think. just take your time and gather as much info as poss. easy mod :)

There was a guide in TV. I'm going to attempt this on my saloon... when i can be arsed lol, got a GSi dash sat in my room gathering dust at the moment :lol:

it looks relatively straight forward, the only thing i'm not 100% on is how to connect the rotary heater/blower controls on the Mk2 dash... any advice would be appreciated :wink:
