Novaload and e-mail virus'

i just got sent this e-mail from a guy i don't even know.

sorry not my computer so it doesn't bother me. and the antivirus picked it up bit out of date arn't u


I've never sent this guy an e-mail before so how is it that he has recieved one and even replied to it?

I seen a post on here a week or 2 ago along these lines.

How can i fix it? I got Norton 2002 fully Live updated.

something dodgy going on i keep getting many of novaload members and the all contain viruses. Just delete them without opening
