eg i did Automotive Electronics Engineering, a pish combo of Mechanical Eng and Electronics (well an internet engineer course really)

to be fair you'd be best off going for a proper course as ita a nightmare to attepmt to get a real job, as you have sampled lod of different modules etc so you will have an idea how to do loads and loads of jobs, but when they see that your qual isnt specific to that area, they dont wanna know lol

Hate it. When you hate it you're less inclined to do the work, so you fall behind etc. Got exams in a month; just looking to scrape through on above 50% really.

Part time network technician. Learnt loads more on the job than any lecture hall. Currently looking scrape through Uni and join the Navy, in the right order.

^^^ one of my friends is also working for RR. And Jamie Shaw did an aprenticeship there in upholstery. Then, when he learn how to sticth those RR leathers, he set up on his own. Now he owns Carmisma and a fair bit of money. Possibly.

I had a job as a restaurant manager but chucked it in just before christmas because i got fed up with the every-evening-and-weekend-hours. I then lived a playboy lifestyle till last week, when i got myself another job. Although i occassionally do freelance restaurant management.

I'm now working for an aerospace company. Might go into law sometime in the future, as i did a law degree a few years ago.

Though i prefer creativity rather than logical thinking. Though, i guess, solving problems is a way of being creative also. Wouldn't mind doing web-design, but the market is saturated and there's not that much money in it since the internet bubble burst in the early 90's. Also, i'm crap. lol

Anyway, i hate posts like this. What does it matter? We are not defined by our jobs, our posessions, or anything else like that.

i don't really work, i own a small block of flats (inherated) and i live off the rent money. Fortunatly im really 'handy' so any faults i can fix myself and don't have to pay some prick to come and do it which is good. I don't get out much, most days are spent bezzing around the flat dressing up and generaly playing with myself. Oh and i also spend alot of time on my nova (re-build)
