my 16v calipers foul on my speedlines, ive read this before and people said to use spacers till the pads wear down, so im running 5mm spacers i think and have been for over a year and tried the other day without the spacers and they still catch.
Is there anything that can be done, like grind the little bits down on the caliper that are catching. Is there different types of 16v capliers as mine came off a 1.8 16v astra gsi, just wondered if mine were different at all

maybe the mounting face on the disc is thinner, bringing the wheel closer to the calipers. i'd grind those bits in the pic off
