Size of standard Steelies??

Hi all..

just got a quick question for you guys,

what size are the standard steelies that come with the novas ?
The black ones with the vauxhall logo in the middle i think are from SR models???

I went out to measure them but was a bit confused as to where to measure from or to..
could you give me the actual size..
