Guys,
As you've probably seen I'm building my project shed up, and I fancy doing a few track days in it once it's up and running, so thought I'd put a bit of thought into the suspension setup. Bare minimum is gonna be poly bushes all round, might look into rosejointed TCAs and tie bars, but where I'm getting stuck is what suspension to use. There doesn't seem to be much debate over the fact Bilstein shocks are the best for the money, but the springs seem to be a bit of a grey area. I looked in the competition build manual, but it just gives part numbers, no details, like spring lb rating, or how much it lowers by, if at all. On the Harry Hockley site it list's 2 different rates of rear spring, so just looking to see what people who do alot of track days are using. any info will be gratefully recieved!
