1.6 16V vaux sticking valves

any come across this problem with the same engine? Whats the rough costing to fix it, cheers!

Head off - remove exhaust valves and ream out exhaust valve guides - decoke valve stems - replace valve stem oil seals - rebuild head and reassemble

Or

Unoffical Temp fix - remove vacume pipe off map sensor - rev engine and place pipe in a tub of brake fluid - engine trys to stall (keep someone reving the engine) - hell of a lot of white smoke - slight pinking - stinks until the brake fluid has burnt but will cure your sticking valves for a short while !!!!
