just got mot - report back and she failed - miserably!

headlights out of alignment, bits of rot on floor/sill under the front doors (and they are only little bits picky bastard)
no rear reflectors
passenger side rear handbrake not working
blue lights all round :roll:
exhaust loose
bumper loose

nothing really major then. Nothing a couple of hours work wont sort and just go to halfords or a cmaping shop and buy a couple of stick on reflectors.

well changed my lights back for the standard ones, put the standard rear bumper on (which i really quite like), and sorted the head lights and its just up to me dad now to sort the welding - again..

soz to hear the bad news m8t dont let them beat u tho best thing to hide the rust is to tcut it just b4 lol and all the orange goes away still bobbly tho if its rot the chop it out and stitch her back up i speak with experience the tcut works well

me dad works at a body shop so it aint a problem, just a pain in the ode arse.
she is having a re-spray soon though so will look mint & be 100% solid!!!!

people keep bringing up halfords as a place to get parts, repair ur car.

I think halfords are pretty sh*t to be honest. (One near me is).

They ok if u need a set of plugs or an overpriced headunit.

They are for people who don't know much about cars. i.e. Need a new windscreen wiper or Get them to change ur headlamp and charge you ?20 for the privelage. (Either Rich or dumb people who can't change a light bulb on their own car).
