Ok, this weekend was the weekend I thought wouldn't happen, I actually bought another nova! After the 1.6 Turbo being a total pain in the arse 90% of the time, once I got shot of it I said I wouldn't be buying another one. Well I'm now the proud owner of a rusty shed MK1 1.2 bought for ?250. Over the next month or so I'm gonna see how well I do for a budget project and bring it up to scratch. So far my list of panels reads: 2 x arch panels, 2 x sills and a rear panel. Now I could probably get away with just grinding back whats already there, but I think now is as good a time as any to learn to weld, so I'll let you know how I get on!
Also like to say a BIG thanks to Mike Oxford for picking me up and taking me to collect the shed, and also to help me get it running on 4 cylinders for the run back to London from Birmingham! Cheers mate!

thats really apreciated mate, but theres no need honnest! had a good day out.
glad you got home without any mishaps.
and dont give people the wrong idea! it isnt concourse by any means you know, but it has got huge potential and werent that much of a lemon to buy  personally i dont think you need to buy all those panels if its a "budget"

Looks good from distance, gets worse as you get closer though! lol idea is to keep it fairly clean and standard in appearance, no lairy kits here!

Anyone wanna buy them then, because their being replaced in a week or so as I've got some new rims lined up that will clear the valver brakes! Their the dodgy 13" versions, not the GTE/GSI ones.
