Hi

My mate has been a bit stupid and been coaught drving his car when is wasnt quite ligit. Hes got his court summons and they are doing in for:-

bald front right tyre
bald front left tyre
no mot
tax disc out of different vehicle (it was out of his brothers car)

So what do you think will happen to him? Will i be visiting him in the nick? will he lose his license? huge fine?

bearing in mind he never ben in trouble before he is terrified

3points per bald tyre, 4 bald tyres is a loss of license.
no mot, no tax, did he have insurance?

he sounds pretty much fucked, id say a ban and hooge fine

aperntly no insurance is big time nasty these days

looks like the police arnt going to pester me about the green machines crash but it means that i have to buy this woman a new p reg escort ?3 to 5000 and pay for repairs to corsa van ??? fuck knows how much.

Ouch Phil is fooked mate! It didn't take em long to get in touch with him which looks good for my court summons! 3 points per bald tyre not sure about tax and mot. Tell him to play stupid and he might keep his license!

No chance, 6/7 points for no insurance and having no tax/mot voids insurance anyway!!
Defo a ban, and a couple hundred quid fine!!
Probly 6 month ban!

no mot and tax dont void da insurance, it s a myth, but if the car aint roadworthy, e.g. da bald tyres den ur a tad fuked, 6 points for the tyres, 3 more for no mot and u could have a mother fuker fine for the tax who knows!!

wtf, u tit, y should the insurance pay up for a car that isnt road worthy. they dont, and the law knows that. so insurance WOULD B VOID!! u cheeky dickhead!

3 points of tyres, probably only 3 not six, and fines for mot and tax.
no insurance = 6-8 points or ban.

putting tax from another vehicle is fraud (but might not get done for it.)
