Is there any difference between the brake master cylinders on the GTE to that of an SR? Will a GTE master cylinder bolt straight onto the SR servo?

no same...

i think a cav 4x4 (NON TURBO) is 24mm compaired to the nova 20mm

just make sure you get a non ABS master cylinder
