now i dont really know anything about electrics, but i had a sepri star alarm on my old sr and wanted to do the same.. i went to an alarm company and they said something like... if the alarm switches negative when it is armed it can be done.. or something like that.. but then i got rid of the car so that was that.

ok most alarms have a trigger somewhere that either goes momentary high or momentary low when the alarm is armed and disarmed - you would need to find out what this trigger was then build a little circuit to trigger your central locking system

i dont know about the vauxhall system but my maplin one has 2 wires you simply "touch" together to lock and unlock the doors

attaching these across a relay with the appropriate alarm trigger attached to the relay coil and the corresponding permenant live or ground would do nicely
