i know it's hard to tell when i am and when i am not sometimes (unless it's advice, as then you can see if it's genuinely usefull or not) but i am absolutely honest about:

- not drinking at all.
- not smoking (try to avoid passive smoking as much as i can too)
- not doing any drugs at all (except for medicinal purposes)

I can't stand the taste of any alcohol, and i have tried many of them when i was 'younger'. And drugs/smoking have absolutely no appeal to me. There's just no need!?
