provided you put a fog lamp of some description some place there legal.

you could get away without - u only need fog for the MOT to put a temporary one on if you want at MOT time.

True, but if you do have one then it has to be legal and working - Like a spare tyre - You don't have to have one but if you do then it needs to be legal.

They told me that i should get it fixed, but as it is'nt on the test they can't fail you for it now can they.
