Fed up of owning old cars so I'm after a new car..

Anyone got any suggestions? Few years old, grp 15/16 insurance ish, must be reliable.

I'm considering all the 20V Turbos from the VAG range

I took a Y reg astra coupe out a week ago. It was a very nice car to drive and look at.
Polo Gti is also nice. Never driven one, but have been driven in one.
Can't comment on the vectra GSis except to say they are very nice looking cars (i really like the front bumper vents)

Asra GSi's are very nice cars. I wouldnt mind a renault clio sport myself tho 2.0 16v clio! :D

defo the Seat, i really like them 1.8t 20v ones quite quick too and look so much smaller than the golfs and A3s

Yeh it is a very nice car. Interior is soo nice..

Sadly I just had a call, some guy from Oxford came over to look at it and he has bought it.

Which Astra Gsi? The mk4? Bit out of my price range I think, would prefer a Coupe anyway.

The faster clio's I have to say don't do much for me.. Gonna go round a few dealerships tomorrow, will let ya know how I get on :D

i too am going to be treating myself to a new car, as i am fed up of driving round in a 13 year old nova.

my gf has passed her test today (she's 18 ) and is driving round in a Mk3 Golf already. lol

Anyway, i think the Seat is really nice. Like the lines, power, interior and etc.

I also like the new Mini's and the Fiat Stilo (not sure what they're like inside/power but like the angles of the bodywork).

Tho i still want a Landrover Discovery i think. Or a BMW Coupe, they seem cheap.

I'm enquiring about another one now with 220hp, coilovers all round, brembo brakes bla bla... a private sale but same price ish!

cupras aint that good as standard, but that can be sorted with a set of coilovers and a call to jabbasport :wink:
vectra gsi's are well nice, should imagine a veccy gsi will be a monster at motorway speeds!
polo gti's are rubbish if your after anything remotely quick!

ive bin in the stillo admitidly it was only a 1.2 but it felt like a tank 2 me

the 2.5 v6 vectra is mint well quick and a nice car + u still get to keep the vaux badge
